Please submit to the Discussion Board area your answers to the following questions:

1. Consider the eligibility requirements for NCAA and High Schools and the challenges the NCAA and High Schools face in this area. If you had a choice, do you think that you could fairly and, with some degree of success and enjoyment, work for the NCAA eligibility department and be an enforcer of the rules as they presently exist? Why or why not? In answering this, tell us a bit about your personality and interests please.

2. Write and present a rule YOU would put into place to allow a college student to participate in NCAA sports. Include the requirements regarding age, GPA, behavior, SAT scores, and any other things you would like to see covered.

3. Now, think back to your high school days. What were the requirements for participation in sports? Were they the same as those for clubs or organizations? If not, why not? If so, is that a fair method of doing things? Should high school athletes be held to a higher, the same or lesser standard than others? Explain fully your answers.

In today’s society all too often people have to ear many different hats. Responsibilities stem from work, family, friends, household, school, etc. It is no wonder that attention must be divided among so many different areas. Sometimes focusing on too many things at once can result in little accomplished. Discuss your attention and learner styles and how you better understand them now and can use them to accomplish your goals and
better focus your attention and time. Post a response to at least two other learner posts.

Write a short essay that addresses the following:

Overall do you agree or disagree with the designation that was made as to your grand type? Include the following information: your grand type, the traits that you do possess, the traits that you do not possess, the information that helped you realize something about your personality that you did not previously know. And finally, address the “goodness of fit” between your work preference scores and various vocations based on the information in the PDF file discussed above.
