GREAT video from the IRB explaining the ELVs in even greater detail. I have posted a few videos and or other posts about the ELVs, but this video s the best so far. Beware it is 17 minutes long, but is the best one if you really want to understand the law changes.

Still nervous about the implementation in August 2009, our first game and league match will be under the new laws!

  1. The ELVs have been a massive success in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. The speed of the game and the spectacle for supporters has been dramatically improved.
