This last weekend I had the pleasure of reffing the University of University of Texas vs Texas Tech University – Div 2 Collegiate Women’s Rugby match in Austin, TX. The weather was interesting as it was 70 degrees but the 30mph or higher crosswind made it feel a whole lot colder! Both teams played very well and the match was incredibly contested with lots of aggression and hard play.
Texas Tech managed to pull it out in the end winning over UT 15-0. See below for the video of the match (thanks to my bro Jeff for taping!):
