Lauren Daly, USA Rugby Eagle – Tigertown Camp Day 1

As we mentioned, we were able to convince a few Eagles to blog, take pics & video of their experience at camp. Here is the first on from Lo Daly.

Day one Wed. Jan 11

Heading to Tampa… A few thoughts;
Jeans or sweats to travel? Balancing being hydrated and having to go to the bathroom on the plane…
Pack a lunch and have it be smooshed and warm? Ha or pay for overpriced food that is healthy- always a toss up if you’ll find that.
Also… Someone keeps farting on my plane… Yum.

At camp… A few thoughts;
Age old question… Top bunk or bottom bunk 🙂 buuut the more complex question is top or bottom bunk next to the door or window. It gets interesting because the window seems nice but has no screen… Are there a lot of bugs in Tampa?

Next question… Slam cafeteria food cuz we are all starving.. Or do we trust gentleman behind counter to have cooked me up something that won’t make me regret the barbecue chick and broccoli ‘dish’ when I’m fitness testing tomorrow lol.

Lastly…. Shower at night? Or in the morning when I’ll likely have to fight the crowds for a spot in the huge group shower that we will be using… Buuut i just met these nice roommates of mine and they likely won’t take kindly to rustling in the morning… Such a gamble
