Houston has been awarded the International Women’s Rugby Sevens World Series. Our city will host 12 international teams on February 1-2, 2013 at BBVA Compass Stadium. The following 12 international teams are coming to our city: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, England, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Russia, South Africa,Trinidad & Tobago, and USA.
REQUIREMENTS: All volunteers must be at least 16 years old and are required to sign the volunteer waiver before the start of the first shift. Volunteers under the age of 18 will be required to have a parental consent waiver signed and turned in before January 28th.
TRAINING: All volunteers will be trained 30 minutes before the start of the scheduled shift.
UNIFORM: All volunteers will receive a volunteer shirt. This must be worn at all times while working. Please pair with khaki pants or walking shorts and comfortable shoes.
