Austin Valkyries Dominate at 2010 Pumpkinfest Tournament [VIDEO]

Greetings PUMPKINFEST 2010 CHAMPIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What an amazing weekend! I am so proud of us as a team, and thanks to all the support from fellow Valks back here in Austin! The Valks scored over 80 points this weekend, and only allowed a total of 10 scored on us. We beat Morris easily by at least 4 tries, then moved on to a tough match vs Philly, with the Valks winning 12-7 in hot, dry, dusty conditions. Advancing to the semi’s on Sunday, we dominated the Brandywine team by a score of at least 4 tries to none…maybe 25-0, advancing to the final to beat Philly, the home/host team, in a dominating win of 22-3. So much heart, drive, focus, blood, sweat, and dirt this weekend, and Lach’s amazing coaching kept us focused and ready for any challenge we faced.
