Miscellaneous Information:
- All Teams MUST provide a Waiver with signatures of ALL players
- All Teams MUST provide a Roster of ALL players for the weekend
- Registration Invoice—due with Registration
Early – By January 31, 2011: $350 one side/$600 two sides
Regular – By April 15, 2011: $400 one side/$650 two sides
Late – Up Until Week of Tournament: $450 one side/$700 two sides
