Women Prepare for USA Rugby DI Club Championship

Teams are set for the Emirates Airline USA Rugby Women’s Division I National Championship. The Glendale Lady Raptors and Chicago North Shore advance into the final after a weekend of victories in the first and second rounds of playoffs last weekend.

Following victories in the Round of Eight and semifinals in the Women’s Club Division I Playoffs, two teams have advanced into the Emirates Airline USA Rugby Women’s Division I National Championship which will be played in Virginia beach, VA on the weekend of November 11-13. After knocking out Atlanta Harlequins in the semifinals, the Glendale Lady Raptors will meet Chicago North Shore in the National Championship in two weeks. Chicago North Shore, who barely got by NOVA in the semis, is heading to Virginia Beach to play the Glendale Lady Raptors for a National Championship title.
