USA Rugby fields the men and women’s Eagles to represent the U.S. around the world in international play.

USA Rugby currently fields several women’s national teams under the Eagle umbrella,  Women’s 15s and sevens, the Collegiate All-Americans, Women’s Under-20 Teams and the newly formed High School All-American Team. Being chosen to play for one of the USA’s representative sides is an honor bestowed upon only a select few players each year.

For the aspiring female player, there are a variety of pathways to become an Eagle. Those fortunate enough to get started early can compete to make their respective Age-Grade Teams or All-American Teams.  For the club side player, being chosen for your union’s representative team can provide exposure to the national coaching staff at the annual National All-Star Championships.  Go to the schedule to find out the scouting opportunities for the Women’s Eagles
