Re-Structuring the Women’s Game

In order to grow Women’s Rugby in America and our stature internationally, we must continue to develop and evolve our game domestically.  Without a vibrant league structure, our rugby community will be pulled apart in a manner that favors the few and isolates the many.  To raise the level of play throughout the country, we must compete outside of the current narrow and incongruent system.

 We must do more than want something better for ourselves.  We must demand it.  We must create it.
