Drexel University Women’s Rugby Club seeks a new head coach and assistant coach that are professional and passionate about the sport. Candidates should support our main objectives of introducing, teaching, and promoting the game of rugby among women at Drexel University.

Founded in 1999, the Drexel Women’s Rugby team was the Division IV NASCO Champion in 2009 and Division III NASCO Runner-up in 2010. The team now plays at the Division II level in the Mid-Atlantic Rugby Conference (MARC) in a pool of 16 other Universities.

We are looking for a coaching staff that is competitive and committed, and that will guide our team as we continue to improve and expand. We practice on Drexel’s Vidas Field Complex located at 43rd and Powelton Ave. on Mondays and Thursdays from 7-9pm, and on Fridays from 6-8pm. Both the head and assistant coaching positions will be given a stipend.

Please contact drexel.wrugby.president@gmail.com if interested.
