Hey rugby community!

Chicago North Shore, a Division 1 women’s club in (surprise!) Chicago is looking for a new head coach for the 2014-2015 season. Our current coach, John Tisdall, is hanging up his coaching boots so that he can spend more time chasing around his three miniature humans.

As head coach of North Shore, you would be supported by two assistant coaches – John Coumbe-Lilley, current USA Women’s Eagles backs’ coach and sports psychologist (who is only able to attend practice about once a month due to scheduling), and Kyle Franklin, NS forwards’ coach and a current player for the Chicago Riot. The roster consists of about 30 dedicated athletes with experience ranging from brand new rookie to past, present, and aspiring Women’s Eagles.

The ideal candidate has the leadership skills and strategic knowledge to help North Shore continue to grow and develop as one of the nation’s top D1 sides, with the ultimate goal of winning another National Championship.
