WPL Week 6 Videos and Results – 2015

Week six was for all the marbles…the Twin City Amazons were the only team that knew they had clinched a spot in the National Championship’s final four, while five teams fought for the remaining three berths.

The DC Furies entered week six with an 0-4-1 record and a week after tying Atlanta, beat New York, 17-10. Glendale survived a week one rematch with the San Diego Surfers, 29-23 and sits atop the Blue Conference. Berkeley conquered a feisty ORSU side 34-20 and as a reward they will face the Amazons in the WPL semi-finals. The Amazons face Atlanta and won heartily 28-12.

The WPL Championships are Nov 13-15, 2015 and will pit Glendale against New York and Twin Cities against Berkeley. The fifth-place bracket will see Atlanta versus San Diego and D.C. Furies versus ORSU on day one.
