Twelve teams will kick off the 2015-2016 Women’s Sevens World Series in Dubai on December 3 and 4, 2015. The women’s rugby 7s tournament will be played alongside the men’s HSBC series and will take place at the historic 7he Sevens Stadium.
Reigning WSWS champions New Zealand kick off their series and Dubai title defenses against France, Russia and Brazil in pool A. Rivals Canada and USA meet in pool B alongside Fiji and Ireland while Australia are the top seed in pool C and face England, Spain and series newcomers Japan.
