ARPTC: High School Girls Residency Program

American Rugby Pro Training Center is proud to announce the ARPTC High School Full-Time Residency Program! The High School Residency Program is a three week immersion training experience for female rugby players aged 16-18. As the only full-time, multi-week rugby residency training environment in the country, the ARPTC High School Residency Program is a unique experience for rugby athletes nationwide.

ARPTC High School Residents will take part in on-field training sessions, weight lifting sessions, mental skills coaching, and nutritional guidance. All High School Residents will fly to Salt Lake City, Utah to take part in the North American Invitational (NAI) 7s tournament at the conclusion of the Residency Program. Participation in the NAI 7s tournament is a showcasing event where athletes can test their skill development in a competitive environment.

Athletes participating in the ARPTC High School Residency Program fly into Little Rock on July 14 and out of Salt Lake City on August 4. Residents will be trained by elite level coaches and special guest coaches throughout the three week residency. High School Residents will also take part in a mentorship program with ARPTC Summer Residents, elite level rugby athletes selected into the three month ARPTC Residency Program. While on-site in Little Rock, athletes (along with coaches and staff members) will room at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, adding an experience of university campus life. HS Residency fees include housing, all meals, transportation between facilities, training sessions with high performance coaches, transportation to Utah, entrance into the NAI 7s tournament and housing/food while in Utah.

High School age athletes seeking a path to advance their rugby skills are encouraged to sign-up for the residency program by visiting the ARPTC website and submitting a registration form. Participation as an ARPTC HS Resident requires a coach recommendation for all athletes and is limited to athletes ages 16-18.

ARPTC will also host a 4 day HS Camp within the timeframe of the HS Residency Program. Athletes seeking a short-term training environment can register for the four day camp, July 17-21, and experience ARPTC in brief. HS Camp will include all training amenities of the HS Residency Program throughout the four days; HS Camp athletes will be housed off-site.

Registration for the ARPTC High School Residency Program is open until June 15th. Register now for this incredible opportunity to grow your rugby game at the elite training facility of American Rugby Pro.
