The final stop of the HSBC World Rugby Women’s Sevens Series 2019 takes place this weekend at Biarritz, France.
After a thrilling penultimate tournament in Langford last month, the series title is still up for grabs and three teams are still to confirm their place at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games alongside host nation Japan and New Zealand, who secured their spot at the HSBC Canada Women’s Sevens.
Only 18 points separate series leaders New Zealand from fourth-placed Australia after they contested the Cup final in Langford, so there is all to play for at the Stade Aguiléra.
