Stop Hate for Profit Facebook

Facebook claims they address hate, yet they continue to look the other way as racist, violent groups and posts sow division and split America (and the world) apart – only taking steps after people are killed. And while they share empty talk about voting, they continue allowing blatant lies and misinformation on election to spread – undermining our democracy.

That’s why we’ve chosen to freeze our Facebook and Instagram pages today (Wednesday). We’ll also be participating in Stop Hate for Profit’s week of action including demanding Facebook stop inciting violence and spreading hate on and disallow political ads that tell blatant lies on Thursday and Friday.
