We were looking forward to a 3 match weekend but France v Ireland and Wales v Scotland have been postponed.
In the case of France v Ireland, the postponement comes after a number of French players tested positive for COVID-19.
With regards to Wales v Scotland, four Scottish players have withdrawn from the squad after they were identified as ‘close contacts’ with members of the France team they played against on Sunday 25 October and who have since tested positive for COVID-19 in France.

The finals for the Dr Farah Palmer Cup didn’t disappoint. It was a defensive affair on both sides but Canterbury scored a try in the 56th minute of injury time to claim their fourth title.

England cancels Adult Competitive Leagues (Level 3 and below for Men, Level 2 and below for Women) for the 2020/21 season due to COVID-19. For now this excludes the Allianz Premier 15s competition.

Allianz Premier 15s was on a break this week but the rescheduled Bristol Bears vs Wasps match took place. Wasps took the win with a hefty 64-10 scoreline.
From tomorrow all contact sport in Italy will cease apart from professional football. Italian #wrugby championship has been suspended by @Federugby until 24 January. At present ITA team remain in camp and international games will go ahead. Rules will be reviewed on 24th Nov.

Italy has suspended their championship until January 24. They are in camp for Six Nations and will remain in a sort of bubble with a review of COVID-19 status on November 24.

France also made the call to suspend amateur competitions until the beginning of January 2021 except for National, Federal 1, Elite Women and Espoirs clubs.
There is a caveat that they may make further determinations about the exceptions but we haven’t seen any further news yet.
