About Us

Philadelphia Rugby Football Club (PRFC) fields competitive Division I (DI) and Division III (DIII) 15’s teams. Our 15s season spans fall and spring, culminating in regional and national championships in May. The Division I side competes in the DI Mid-Atlantic Conference, while the DIII side competes in the Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby Union (EPRU). With over 60 players from various levels of experience, PRFC supports all levels of play and aspirations.

Summer Sevens

PRFC also fields both a competitive and a developmental side for the Summer Sevens (7s) season. The competitive side participates in MAC qualifiers with the goal of advancing to Nationals, while the developmental side competes in various social tournaments.

Coaching Positions Available

Head and Assistant Coaches – Basic Requirements:

• USA Rugby Level 200 Coaching Certification or higher
• Previous coaching experience
• Commitment to twice-weekly evening practices in West Philadelphia and Saturday games in Philadelphia and/or throughout the greater Mid-Atlantic region

Compensation:

• Competitive stipend
• Reimbursement of coach development registration expenses
• All team-related travel expenses covered
