Compensation: $35,000-$45,000 (DOE) plus benefits
BACKGROUND:
USA Rugby is recognized by the United States Olympic Committee as the National Governing Body for the sport of Rugby in the USA. USA RUGBY oversees the development and promotion of the game of Rugby at the Youth, High School, Collegiate, Club and National Team levels. Rugby International Marketing (RIM) is the for-profit commercial arm of USA Rugby, tasked with monetizing the federation’s commercial rights and developing new revenue streams to fund the growth of the game in America. RIM is majority-owned by USA Rugby, but structured to attract inward investment from strategic partners. USA Rugby and RIM are headquartered in Lafayette, Colorado.
DESCRIPTION:
The Event Manager is responsible for pre-event logistical planning and the execution of match-day operations for USA Rugby hosted and sanctioned events. These events include but are not limited to: international test matches, international tournaments, and sanctioned 3rd party events. This position reports directly to the International Events Director.
