Hey Wendy, thanks for putting this out. I don’t have the overall knowledge to coach or ref, but I can find ways to volunteer to help out with the game in my area of the Twin Cities.
I’ll have to check this out too, thanks for the info. I’d also like to offer to help any individuals, clubs, Unions, etc. who are interested. In my business I work with organizations and individuals to improve their results. I’ve worked with small, non-profit organizations to develop their board of directors and improve their operations, including their board meetings. I work with individuals as a business coach to help them develop and improve their business. I’m available for free advice (until I get too overwhelmed) to rugby volunteers, clubs, and other organizations, to help them achieve their goals. I’m also planning on helping locally with the teams and union here.
