Rugby Video Monday: Girls Play Too

Its not very often that you see videos of girls playing rugby against boys! This week’s video is a HUGE shout-out to GRFC Women’s rugby as they play with boys! This can be incredibly intimidating, but a useful tool if you can get yourself out on that pitch with boys or men’s rugby teams. I love playing touch rugby with men’s teams as it much faster, but less contact and I have really been able to excel my game through playing with them.
