Springfield Rugby Football Club Announces Head Coach Position for its Women’s Team

We are looking for:
serve on selections committee

• An individual from or willing to travel to the Springfield, MA area; preferably with
• coaching and/or Referee certification or experience
• Able to commit to Tuesday/Thursday evening practices, and Saturday matches
• A desire to build and mentor a growing team
• A leader to run practices, develop players individually and as a cohesive team, and

We are:
A Senior Women’s DIII team that is part of a club currently fielding 4 teams:
Men
Women
U-19 Boys
Old Boys

A young, enthusiastic team looking to grow in experience and skill level by building on our
existing talent and development
A diverse and eclectic group of individuals, with different levels of experience and a common love of rugby
