WANTED: Head Coach for D1 Collegiate Texas A&M Women’s Rugby

We are searching for a head coach, so I was wondering if you could pass along names/contact info for anyone who might be interested. If you could also possibly forward this email along to your respective rugby communities, that would be a great help as well.

We are looking for a head coach, especially someone who has experience either as a back or coaching backs. We’re asking for at least a two nights per week commitment during the school year, and preferably all three nights that we practice, if possible, and also someone who can commit to traveling with us on weekends during our season. However, we realize this is a lot, so we’re willing to work with someone who is interested. We’re also willing to compensate for someone’s gas if they have to drive from Houston or Austin to College Station for practice.

If you have any other advice/suggestions for us as a team during our coach-searching process, please share them with me. We have a lot of dedicated girls who are ready to work and I personally don’t want to disappoint them with no coach in the fall.
