BOULDER, Colo. — The brackets for the men’s and women’s collegiate rugby playoffs are set for the 2011-2012 season.
Listed below are the tournament brackets for the women’s competition. The women’s playoffs will be held from April 21-22, 2012 with the championships taking place on May 11-12, 2012 at a venue which is yet to be determined. A national champion will be determined in Women’s College Division I and Division II.

PMWC all play each other?! and the 2 other PMWC are playing the only midwest teams? Are the makers of the DI bracket really that ignorant, you just solidified a final four spot to PMWC… maybe even two. That’s not the point of a tournament, also putting Navy(Marfu 2), Army(NE 2), and Penn State (Marfu 1) in the same pool is another mistake because we all know that those 3 teams are final four material, yet only one will get to go. I’m a Brown supporter, but I don’t think it’s fair for the powerhouses in the NE and Marfu divisions, especially considering the final four and the elite eight last year.
Pathetic.
