Major USA University -D1 Womens Assistant Coach
19/07/2012 Top 10 D1 US Collegiate Womens Rugby Team -is seeking an assitant coach for the upcoming school season. The school is prepared to provide Accommodations, Airfare, and assistance with employment. Would prefer a USA Citizen or USA work Visa but would entertain a coach from overseas.

This ad is nearly useless, unless they are only considering candidates who don’t care what part the US they live in. Otherwise, it might be useful to know which university it is, or at least which state the job is in. My impression is that they are looking for a foreign candidate, but who knows.
In some cases the University does not want their name
listed with the position vacant because they get hundreds of replies
from no qualified candidates one of the services we provide is to vet
the emails and make sure that only qualified candidates are presented. If you look at the positions vacan tab on our Rah Rah Rugby we do not list any club or universities in the ad.
So I appreciate the comment but at the same time respect the universities request.
If you are getting responses from unqualified candidates, it’s because the advert lists no qualifications. Even if the university wants to remain anonymous, and since you are vetting the resumes it doesn’t seem like they would be overly inconvenienced if they weren’t, there is no reason why an advert couldn’t specify “in Massachusetts” or “in the Northeast”.
