HEY! My name is Madison Levy, I’m the vice president of the Kennesaw State Women’s Rugby Team. I’ve been playing rugby now for about 4 years with multiple different clubs and as I am sure you can understand, women’s rugby is kind of like a “love at first sight.” It’s a sport of giving it your all on the field and bringing everyone together as a family afterward. The love we share for the game is shared all around the world.
Unfortunately, for some players it doesn’t come as easy. After visiting Kenya this summer – I was able to understand more of what it’s like living in a third world country. A friend of mine lives over there and plays with the Kenya Women’s National team. She’s started this fundraiser after seeing the struggle these go girls go through each day just to make it to practice. I have provided you with a link to her funding site, on there is a video and short description from her giving teams around the world more information and a chance to come to together for the sport we all love.
