Plenty of teams have announced their 2014 International Test Matches in the lead up to the 2014 Women’s Rugby World Cup in Paris, France. Read on to see who has announced the details we know:
Canada
- Canada to play Black Ferns and Australia:
The down under tour announcement follows a successful summer for Canada’s Women’s Program, as both the Senior and Under-20 Team captured their first-ever Nations Cup Titles and the Sevens Team finished second at the World Cup of Sevens in Moscow, Russia.Canada head coach, Francois Ratier expressed the importance of the tour for his side.”It is a great opportunity to play against the World Champions on their home ground and to see where our program is two months out from the World Cup in France,” said Ratier. While the dates and venues have yet to be announced, it’s known that the Bay of Plenty Rugby Union will host the tour in May and June.
England
- England Women to host Ireland and Wales in 2014 Six Nations
