WANTED: Stonehill College Women’s Rugby Head Coach

Stonehill College Women’s Rugby is looking for a head coach. With the job comes: Great support from the school administration, access to one of the better rugby dedicated fields in New England, a well-established nationally ranked program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  The Head Coach is charged with overseeing many facets of the program including but not limited to: Budget maintenance and helping to coordinate and implement a strategic plan for fundraising. Monitoring all facets of the program both athletically and academically related.  Work with the Assistant Athletics Director with regards to scheduling of practice and competition opponents and times.

Minimum qualifications: Successful candidate must have a minimum of an associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and coaching experience.

Preferred qualifications:  Previous experience in coaching or competing in sport.
