Rugby Strength

Short post tonight…last night at practice we were having a water break after our “fitness interlude” and one my mates was buddy taping one of her fingers. I asked if she was OK and she quickly responded, “I’m fine, I just strained some ligaments.”

I raise my LARGE GLASS OF WATER (I’m hydrating for Nash Bash already) to all those players that play through the pain. The hamstring pull, twisted fingers, tweaked ankles, torn ligaments…thank you everyone.
