This weekend I had the pleasure of playing in the Lonestar 7s tournament in Dallas, TX. It was HOT as balls but the teams drank lots of water and played some great rugby! The final came down between Oklahoma and the Satiated Beavers (Austin Valkryries 7s team) and was a heck of a game. It was very back and forth with the Beavers pulling it out in the end.

I have never seen the Beavers before but I was impressed with their patience and long passing skills. They stretched their defenders to the breaking point and then exploited the holes.
Very pretty rugby! And 2 mohawks? Hot!!
