North Shore Fundraiser for March Madness

Happy March to all our friends of North Shore!

March brings us MARCH MADNESS basketball. This season we are going to capture America’s obsession with the NCAA basketball tournament and use it to headline our Spring fundraising drive for North Shore. Our goal is to generate as many donations as we can during the month of March with our big push before the first game of the tourney on March 17. Enter a bracket for a chance to win $250 !

To play a bracket in our free online league, please donate $10 per entry. We intend to handle this fundraiser entirely ONLINE! Follow the simple instructions below and feel free to forward on to family and friends anywhere in the country.

Couple important things to note:

  • Point of contact for this fundraiser is Trish Curtis at trackdawg22@yahoo.com .
  • Bracket selection, ranking and scoring of participants will all be handled through the espn.com website. Money collection will be handled by PayPal, see below.
  • You can donate now and set up your brackets through March 17, before the start of the first game.
  • If you have set up brackets on the ESPN website but failed to pay by the 17th, your bracket submission will be deleted but you can still donate and be eligible for other prizes (but not the $250).

STEPS FOR ENTERING

  • Go to the Dues and Donations page on our website and select the number of brackets and pay via PayPal
  • When paying, you will notice a text box option ask you to input how you heard about this event. Players on North Shore get team fundraising credit for friends, family, or coworkers that sign up. So please input your player’s name here.
