Opportunity to sponsor the Collegiate All-American Touring Team

USA Rugby’s 2011 Collegiate All-American Women’s Touring team will head to Lake Placid, NY to compete at the international level for the first time, playing two matches against a Canadian University All-Star team on July 28thand 31st. These players come from all over the country representing more than 18 different colleges. While USA Rugby provides some financial support for the program, most of the financial burden will fall on the players. By sponsoring the team, your club could not only support these developing athletes, but also get valuable exposure for your club. I’ve attached a short letter which describes the program and some suggested levels of sponsorship. Because this event is happening very soon, it would be great if you could respond and commit by July 20 to guarantee that your club’s name will be on the touring side’s T-shirt.
