We wanted to take a moment to wish the Editor of this website a HAPPY FREAKING BIRTHDAY! Wendy turned 30 today…now that she is out of her twenties, Wendy has officially retired from playing competitive rugby (social rugby is still on sometimes!).

She is now instead giving back to the game in other ways by focusing on refereeing and coaching (currently Austin Valkyries Backs Coach and Univ of Texas 7s Head Coach). Of course she will stay heavily involved in women’s rugby and this site will continue!
