Wanted: Northeastern University Women’s Rugby Head Coach

Club Background

• Founded in 1995, the team has successfully worked our way up from D3 and we are now a competitive D1 team
• We currently field both A and B sides  and are looking to stay competitive as a D1 team in NERFU
• We accept players with all levels of experience

Looking for:

• Time commitment
  • Ability to attend all games (usually on weekends and tournaments in Spring)
  • Ability to attend most practices
  • Experience
    • Recent playing and/or coaching experience
    • Must be up to date on all current rules
    • USA Rugby coaching certification and/or ref certifications is a plus
    • Ability to create and execute organized, helpful practice plans
    • Attitude
      • Enthusiasm
      • Willing to teach players of all skill levels
      • Willingness to work with others (i.e. assistant coach and captains)
