WANTED: Head Coach Women’s Rugby for Fiji Rugby

Logo_Fiji_Rugby.svgThe Fiji Rugby Union is an affiliate to and operates under the oversight of World Rugby and Oceania Rugby. It is the custodian of rugby in Fiji and is headquartered in the Nation’s capital of Suva and administers rugby over the nation’s 14 provinces.

It selects and prepares national teams for competition in the World Rugby and Oceania Rugby sanctioned competition. The FRU is responsible for the development of programs to define rugby pathways from “grass root” level to elite and professional level.

The Fiji Rugby Union therefore invites applications from dynamic individuals with appropriate key attributes for the following position:

HEAD COACH WOMENS RUGBY

The Head Coach Women Rugby is responsible for delivering high performance leadership environment for the National Women’s Sevens and Fifteens Teams. To work within the National Selection Policy (in conjunction with the National Selectors) and identify the talent required and select the Fijiana 7s and 15s Teams to participate and win the HSBC World Sevens Women’s Series, the Sevens World Cup, the next Olympics and likewise qualify for the Women’s 15s Rugby World Cup and improve the ranking of the Fijiana Fifteens Team.
